Prop-Forward Laptop Stand

The Prop-Forward is simple laptop stand which designed to be used with a laptop with external keyboard and mouse. It helps to avoid getting a stiff neck from being hunched over and looking down at a laptop at your desk.

The operative word is "simple" because the stand is basically a shaped piece of powder coated metal into which the laptop is placed and raised almost vertical ie. to a similar height to a standard monitor.

In addition to providing correct user positioning and allowing full access to all keys and buttons, the stand also improves laptop cooling. It's invisible in use, takes up relatively little desk space (dimensions - 250 x 145 x 138mm) and has no moving parts to break.

NB. To be used with the Prop-Forward, your laptop needs to tilt back at least 160 degrees and have reasonably stiff hinges to retain it in position. Also, it is not ideal for laptops with front mounted ports nor for those with front monted buttons or an optical drive.
