A leading UK mobile phone operator has recently announced a deal whereby a free laptop computer is provided with a Broadband subscription.
From September, buying a two year contract for AOL Broadband (cost £19.99 per month) from Carphone Warehouse will entitle the customer to a free base-model Dell Inspiron notebook worth approximately £450. This comes with Microsoft Vista (Home Basic), 1GB of RAM, an 80GB hard drive, Intel Celeron processor and Wi-Fi. It also includes a wireless router. There is a £14.99 laptop delivery fee.
